Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations depending on destination to provide the fastest and most efficient delivery possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During launches, Kickstarter fulfilment periods, promotional events, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels
